Jeffrey Epstein mansion in Palm Beach sells for $18.5M

The Palm Beach mansion that belonged to Jeffrey Epstein, the late financial manager accused of sex trafficking, is likely to be torn down after it was sold for $18.5 million.

Laurel Inc., a company controlled by the Epstein estate, sold the 8,004-square-foot home at 358 El Brillo Way to 358 El Brillo LLC, managed by Miami Beach luxury homebuilder Todd Michael Glaser. The deal was confirmed by attorney Adam R. Seligman, who represented the estate in the transaction.
