Invesco executive sells Miami Beach mansion for $12M (Photos)

Colin D. Meadows, a senior managing director and head of digital ventures for Invesco, and his wife Zora Foote, sold their Miami Beach mansion for $11.8 million.

The Atlanta couple sold the 4,968-square-foot home at 451 E. Dilido Drive on the Venetian Islands to Nicholas Leone and Grace Leone of Westport, Connecticut. The price equated to $2,375 per square foot.

The seller was represented by Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty while the buyer worked with Pietro Belmonte of Douglas Elliman.
