Chewy board member buys pair of Miami Beach penthouses for $23M



A trust managed by James A. Star, the executive chairman of Toronto investment management firm Longview Asset Management, paid a combined $23.34 million for a pair of penthouses in the Caribbean Condominium in Miami Beach.
